摘要 近年来,对烟大海底隧道建设的呼声越来越高。为了客观反映烟大海底隧道修建的优势,基于开放地图平台数据,运用ArcGIS网络分析法中服务区和OD成本矩阵,定量评价烟大海底隧道的修建对我国陆地交通可达性的改进程度。研究表明,网络分析法能够科学准确地对交通可达性进行评价和预测;烟大海底隧道修建后,山东省到辽宁省的时间距离成本均明显缩小,且遵循空间递减规律,给胶东半岛和辽宁半岛的交通贸易带来极大便利;越接近隧道端点,其时间距离成本的可达性变化幅度越大,且对沿海城市可达性影响要大于对内陆城市可达性影响。 In recent years,there has been increasing clamor for the construction of Yanda Channel Tunnel.In order to objectively reflect the advantages of the Yanda Channel Tunnel,based on the data of open street map,using the service areas and the OD cost matrix of the Analytic Network Process in ArcGIS,the improvement degree of land traffic accessibility in China due to the construction of Yanda Channel Tunnel is quantitatively evaluated.The research indicates that,the analytic network process can scientifically and accurately evaluate and forecast the traffic accessibility comparison of pre-great infrastructures and post-great infrastructures.After the construction of Yanda Channel Tunnel,the distance cost and time cost between Shandong province and Liaoning province are all greatly reduced,and follow the law of diminishing space.This brings great convenience to Jiaodong peninsula and Liaodong peninsula;the closer to the end of the tunnel,the more the accessibility of time cost will change.And the accessibility impact on coastal cities is more than that on inland cities.
