生态文明建设是可持续发展的必然趋势。从环保监测部门的业务需求出发,阐释其对空间信息的应用需求;通过分析FlexViewer框架的组成与内部组织管理方式和BlazeDS的消息传递机制,阐明两项技术间的协作机理。以用户体验为中心和经济实用为原则,研发一款集监测业务管理、监控数据分析、污染源分析、环境指标计算与预防警报等功能于一体的环境监测信息系统。实践表明,该系统表现力丰富、交互性强、运行稳定,能够满足环保监测部门以信息化方式进行管理、分析和挖掘环境监测信息的需要,可以提升其工作效率,为其科学决策予以支持。

Ecological civilization construction is an inexorable trend for sustainable development.Standing on the business requirements of the environmental monitoring departments,the demand for spatial information application by them is explained;the cooperation mechanism among the two technologies is clarified by the composition of FlexViewer framework and the internal organization management mode of it as well as the message passing mechanism of BlazeDS.Based on the center for user experience and principle for economic and practical,the environmental monitoring information system is developed which includes monitoring management,monitoring data analysis,pollution source analysis,environmental index calculation,early warning and so on.Practice shows that,with rich expressive force,strong interactivity,stable operation,the system can meet the organization need for environmental monitoring department in the way of information management,and can improve work efficiency,provide scientific decision support.
