摘要 通过对Al-Ga-Sn-Mn-Bi阳极合金进行480℃的固溶和退火处理,研究不同热处理方式对合金的组织及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶处理使阳极合金中的析出相数量减少,合金的耐蚀性得到提高,恒流放电电位负移且放电平稳;退火处理后,析出相均匀度及数量增加,耐蚀性降低,恒流放电曲线平稳。通过性能对比发现,固溶处理效果优于退火处理。 Microstructure and electrochemical performance of Al-Ga-Sn-Mn-Bi anode alloy after solution and annealing at 480 ℃ was examined,and the effect of the heat treatment process on its microstructure and electrochemical properties was investigated. The results show that the quantity of the second phase decreases after solution treatment,the corrosion resistance increases,and the voltage of constant-current discharge moves to the negative,and the discharge curve exhibits smooth. After anneal treatment,the uniformity and the quantity of the second phase increase,the corrosion resistance is reduced,and the curve of constant-current discharge is smooth. The effect of solution treatment is superior to that of anneal treatment by comparation of the performance.
