摘要
分别采用四匝感应圈与倾斜30°单匝感应圈对国产CrMo钢与德国CrMo钢丝杠光杆进行表面感应加热淬火处理,经材料成分、显微组织、表面淬硬层的硬度梯分布等检验,综合分析了表面感应加热淬火的工艺质量。结果表明,两种CrMo钢的化学成分存在差别,经四匝感应圈和倾斜30°单匝感应圈感应淬火处理后的组织基本相同;但经四匝感应圈感应淬火处理的淬硬层深度均大于经倾斜30°单匝感应圈感应淬火处理的结果。而且德国CrMo钢的淬硬层深度均大于国产CrMo钢,这与德国CrMo钢的淬透性高于国产CrMo钢有关。
The surface induction quenched domestic and German CrMo steels polished rods respectively by using a four-turn and a single30° tilted induction rings were investigated.By means of chemical composition testing,metallographic observation and hardness detection on surface-hardened layers,the processing analysis of the two steels and two induction quenching processes were carried on.The experimental results show that some differences are found in the chemical composition of the two steels,the microstructure of the two induction quenched screw polished rods are similar,but the hardened layer depth of the two rods induction quenched by a four-turn induction ring is deeper than that of by a single 30° tilted induction one,and the hardened layer depth of the screw polished rod of German CrMo steel is deeper than that of the domestic CrMo steel,which results from the former hardenability being higher than the latter.
