溶胶-凝胶封孔处理对铝合金阳极氧化膜耐蚀及耐磨性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶技术对6063铝合金阳极氧化膜进行封孔处理。采用电化学阻抗谱和剥蚀法研究封孔处理对阳极氧化膜耐蚀性的影响规律,采用显微硬度仪和摩擦磨损测试仪研究封孔处理对阳极氧化膜耐磨性的影响规律。结果表明,经氧化锆或氧化铝溶胶封孔处理后,相应溶胶固化层在铝合金阳极氧化膜表面平整且无裂纹,阳极氧化膜的耐蚀性和耐磨性都获得显著提高。若选取相同的封孔处理工艺,氧化铝溶胶对提高阳极氧化膜耐蚀性和耐磨性的效果均优于氧化锆溶胶。 A sol-gel technology was applied to seal anodic oxide films of 6063 aluminum alloy. The effect of sealing process on corrosion resistance of the anodic films was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscope( EIS) and exfoliation corrosion,while the effect of sealing treatment on wear resistance of the anodic films was researched by a microhardness tester and a friction and wear tester. The results indicate that the solidified sol layers on surface of the anodic films are smooth and free-crack,and the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the anodic films are improved significantly after sealing with ZrO2 or Al2O3sol. Under the identical sealing process,Al2O3 sol has better sealing effect on improving corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the anodic film compared with ZrO2 sol.
