摘要
综述镁及镁合金大塑性变形的近期发展现状,分析了大塑性变形的技术原理。介绍了大塑性变形方式对变形镁合金晶粒细化和织构控制的影响。通过对现有镁合金大塑性变形研究结果的总结与归纳,得出了镁合金大塑性变形技术未广泛应用的原因所在,并指出开发生产效率高、成本低、工艺简单的一道次成型即可显著细化晶粒和控制织构的新型大塑性变形技术将会是未来变形镁合金领域中的研究重点。
This paper summarized the research and development of latest severe plastic deformation on magnesium alloys and analyzed the principle of severe plastic deformation.Effect of severe plastic deformation on grain refinement and texture control was introduced briefly.The reason of not extensive use of severe plastic deformation technology on Mg alloys was obtained via concluding the existing research results.It is proposed that a new technology of severe plastic deformation using one pass can obviously refine grain size and control texture,which is also high-efficiency,low cost and simple process,will be the research hotspots in the future.
