摘要
通过观察显微组织、力学性能测试和利用三维取向分析术(ODF),研究了冷轧压下率对显微组织、力学性能、织构的影响。结果表明,随着冷轧压下率的升高,形变储能增加,退火后铁素体晶粒细小均匀,强度有所增加。变形织构{112}<110>变弱,说明提高冷轧压下率可以消除变形织构,有利织构{111}<110>增强,{001}<110>变弱,共同提高rm值。当冷轧压下率为80%时,伸长率和rm达到峰值,同时Δr较小,冲压性能最优。
Effect of cold rolling reduction ratio on microstructure,mechanical properties and texture of 390 MPa IF steel during continuous annealing was studied by observing microstructure,testing performance and analyzing texture.The results show that as the cold rolling reduction ratio increasing,stored energy and strength of the steel increase,recrystallized grain size becomes small and even,and increase cold rolling reduction ratio can eliminate the deformation texture { 112} < 110 >.{ 111} < 110 > texture increases and { 001} < 110 >texture decreases with the increasing of cold rolling reduction ratio.When the cold rolling reduction ratio is 80%,rmvalue and elongation reache the peak,while Δr value is relatively small,and the deep drawability of the steel sheets is the best.
