摘要
对中温压力容器钢12Cr2Mo1R进行最小模拟焊后热处理,并应用阶梯冷却实验对其焊后回火脆性进行了评定和分析。结果表明,在-78~20℃内,试样冲击断口形貌均为韧窝特征,冲击功值高于54 J,中温压力容器钢12Cr2Mo1R焊后具有优良的抗回火脆性,这是因为其含P极低,同时含有较高的Mo在一定程度上阻碍了P在晶界的偏聚。
The temper embrittlement of 12Cr2Mo1 R steel used for mid-temperature pressure vessel after post welding heat treatment was evaluated by step cooling tests. The results show that the impact fracture morphology of the steels appears dimples feature and impact absorbing energies are more than 54 J in the temperatures range of- 78 ℃ to 20 ℃. The steel exhibits excellent ductility without temper embrittlement. This is attributed to ultra low phosphorus content and high molybdenum content,and the molybdenum can hinder the segregation of phosphorus at grain boundaries.
