摘要
对37CrMnMo钢进行气体渗氮处理,利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜及磨损试验机研究了渗氮层的组织、相组成及耐磨性等。结果表明,氮化试样的耐磨性均优于调质试样,若要进一步提高耐磨性,需优化渗氮工艺获得10μm以上的γ'单相化合物层。
37Cr Mn Mo steel had been treated by gas nitriding,and then the microstructure,phase composition and wear performance of nitrided layers were studied by metallographic microscope,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and friction & wear test machine. The results show that the wear resistance of nitrided samples is better than that of quenched and tempered samples. If it can get more than 10 μm thickness compound layer with single-γ' phase by optimizing nitriding parameters,the wear resistance of samples will be further increased.
