干燥方式对钛表面化学转化膜形貌和耐腐蚀性能影响

摘要 采用低温化学转化法,在钛表面制备化学转化膜。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和电化学工作站对转化膜进行了表征。结果表明,不同的干燥方式对化学转化膜的微观形貌及耐腐蚀性能有明显的影响。相较于先洗后干的干燥方式,先干后洗的转化膜,晶粒细小,致密度提高,同时形成多孔结构,涂装性能和耐蚀性能得到改善。 The chemical conversion coating were fabricated on titanium substrate using phosphate chemical conversion treatment under low temperature. X-ray diffractometer( XRD),thermal field emission scanning electron microscopy( FE-SEM),energy disperse spectroscopy and electrochemical workstation were used to characterize the coating. The results show that different drying process have significantly influence on microstructure and corrosion performance of the coating. Comparing with drying after rinsing,more compact and cellular coating is prepared by the process of drying before rinsing,improving refleshability and corrosion resistant performance.
