摘要
分别采用辉光等离子冶金技术以及PVD沉积Pd膜层结合热扩散法在钛表面制备出了Ti-Pd合金层,用XRD、SEM和EDS研究合金层的相组成、微观组织和元素分布。并对Ti-Pd合金层的耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明,两种方法制备的Ti-Pd合金层均可极大地提高钛基体在室温静态环境下耐强还原酸腐蚀的性能,其耐蚀性比纯钛提升了两个数量级。
Ti-Pd alloyed coating was prepared on the surface of C. P. Ti using glow plasma surface metallurgy,PVD( physical vapor deposition) and thermal diffusion method,respectively. The phase composition,microstructure and element distribution of Ti-Pd alloyed layer were studied by XRD,SEM and EDS. The corrosion resistant performance was evaluated. The results indicate that the Ti-Pd alloyed coatings prepared by both methods have good corrosion resistance in strong reductic acid,which is higher two magnitude than that of the C. P. Ti.
