摘要 利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、纳米压痕仪、电伺服拉伸试验机和低温试验箱等观察了00Cr10MoV螺纹钢的显微组织、各组成相的硬度及不同温度下的拉伸性能。结果表明:试验钢的组织为铁素体和贝氏体,比例接近于1∶1,铁素体相的纳米硬度为1.9~2.5 GPa,贝氏体相的纳米硬度为3.0~3.8 GPa;试验钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率均随着温度降低而升高,但变化幅度不大;温度对试验钢应变硬化行为的影响不明显,试验钢具有良好的低温拉伸性能。 Microstructure,hardness and tensile properties of 00 Cr10 MoV steel at different temperatures were investigated by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,nano-indentation tester,tensile testing machine and low temperature testing box.The results show that the microstructure of the test steel is ferrite and bainite,and the ratio of ferrite to bainite is close to 1∶1.The nano-indentation hardness of ferrite phase is 1.9-2.5 GPa,and the nano-indentation hardness of bainite is 3.0-3.8 GPa.The yield strength,tensile strength and elongation after fracture of the test steel increase with the decrease of temperature,but the change is not obvious.The effect of temperature on the strain hardening behavior of the test steel is not obvious,and the test steel has good tensile properties at low temperature.
