摘要
采用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜、扫描电镜,能谱仪和电子拉伸试验机等研究了不同Ag含量对铸态Mg-11Gd-2Y-0.5Zr镁合金的物相、显微组织和拉伸断裂后形貌的影响。结果表明:Ag的添加能在合金中形成新相Ag2Gd,同时能够提高合金的抗拉强度,细化合金组织,促进第二相在晶界处的析出;当Ag的添加量为1.5%时,合金的抗拉强度达到最大值226 MPa;当Ag的添加量为2%时,合金的晶粒尺寸最小,为46.5μm,第二相的析出最多。
Effects of Ag content on phase,microstructure and morphology of as-cast Mg-11 Gd-2 Y-0.5 Zr magnesium alloy were studied by means of X-ray diffractometer,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer analysis and electronic tensile testing machine.The results show that the addition of Ag can form a new phase Ag2Gd in the alloy and improve the tensile strength of the alloy,refine the microstructure of the alloy and promote the precipitation of the second phase at the grain boundary.When the addition of Ag is 1.5%,the tensile strength of the Mg-11 Gd-2 Y-1.5 Ag-0.5 Zr alloy reaches the maximum value of 226 MPa.When the addition of Ag is 2%,the grain size of the Mg-11 Gd-2 Y-2 Ag-0.5 Zr alloy is the smallest,which is 46.5μm,and the precipitation of the second phase is the most.
