摘要
分别在全聚纺和网格圈型集聚纺装置上纺制9.8tex的粘胶纱和7.3tex的纯棉纱,利用高速摄影机拍摄两种装置纺纱时的集聚过程,对比分析不同的集聚方式对纺制的纱线性能的影响。结果表明:与网格圈型集聚纺纺制的粘胶纱和棉纱相比,全聚纺的条干均有所改善,3mm有害毛羽增多,粘胶纱强力略低,棉纱强力略高。
In this paper, 9.8tex viscose yarns and 7.3tex cotton yarns were spun on complete condensing spinning and four roller lattice apron compact spinning respectively. Then, the condensing process was recorded by the highspeed camera, and comparative analyses between the properties of two kinds of spun yarns were given. It is shown that comparing with cotton yarns or viscose spun yarns produced by lattice apron compact spinning, spun yarns produced by complete condensing spinning has a little better evenness, a little more hairiness, the strength is better in spinning cotton yarns and is worse in spinning viscose yarns.
