摘要
研究了不同Sn元素含量对Mg-6Zn-1Ca-xSn(x=0~2)合金铸态组织和力学性能的影响,结果表明,当Sn的质量分数为1%时,铸态Mg-6Zn-1Ca-1Sn合金的组织α相得以细化,表现出最优的力学性能,其抗拉强度约为100MPa,伸长率为5%。
The effect of the content of different Sn elements on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6 Zn-1 Ca-xSn(x=0-2)alloy was investigated.The results showed that when the content of Sn was 1%(mass fraction),the microstructure of the microstructure of the cast Mg-6 Zn-1 Ca-1 Sn alloy was finer,and the tensile strength was 100 MPa and the elongation was 5%.
