摘要
稀土金属广泛应用于现代科技不可或缺的功能材料当中,如高性能稀土永磁材料、磁致伸缩材料、磁制冷材料、稀土贮氢材料、稀土发光材料等,没有足够纯度的稀土原材料,就不可能制备出性能优良的功能材料。以高纯稀土金属及其化合物制备的稀土新材料在现代高新技术和军事技术所发挥的特殊作用已经引起各国政府和专家的高度关注。综述了高纯稀土金属的制备方法、用途、关键设备以及未来发展趋势,为高纯稀土金属的制备研究提供借鉴和参考。
Rare earth material is an important material for modern technology,and widely used as high performance magnet materials,magnetostriction materials,magnetic refrigerant materials,hydrogen storage materials and luminescent materials,but the purity of rare earth material impairs seriously the performance of material.The special performance of high purity rare earth material in new and military technology is highly focused by government and experts.In this study,the preparation method,application,equipments and growing trend of high purity rare earth were summarized and providing references for the preparation of high purity rare earth.
