摘要
随着电子工业的飞速发展,各种电子设备集成化、精密化,因此拥有髙阻值、高精度的精密电阻合金受到越来越广泛的重视。针对国内精密电阻合金成品质量及性能较差的现状,采用VIM+ESR双联以及VIM+ESR+VAR三联冶炼工艺试制镍铬精密电阻合金,并最终制成厚度小于25μm的箔材和直径小于20μm的微细丝材。同时对这两种冶炼工艺制得样品的化学成分、加工性能、内部组织、力学性能以及电学性能进行对比分析,发现三联冶炼工艺试制合金的化学成分更纯,加工性能、力学性能、电学性能均有所提升。
With the quick development of electronics industry,electronic products evolve toward to integration and preciseness gradually,and precision resistance alloy of high resistance and high precision interests more and more people.However,the quality and properties of domestic precision resistance alloy are still unsatisfied.The article aimed at this situation and VIM+ESR duplex process and VIM+ESR+VAR triple process were used to produce precision resistance alloy separately.At last,25μm thick foils and tiny wires with diameter less than 20μm products were manufactured.By comparision of chemical component,process-ability,micro-structure,mechanical properties and electrical properties of the products made by the two different smelting process,the triple process-making alloy was superior in terms of composition,process-ability,mechanical properties and electrical properties.
