摘要 焊接材料数据库是对焊材信息进行有效管理的数据系统。在信息技术日益发达的今天,其建设规模和质量对焊材信息便捷查询、焊接选材、焊材研发、工程应用将产生直接影响,具有重要的工程和市场价值。但目前这方面的工作整体还落后于其他材料领域,有待于更为系统地研发。介绍了国内焊材行业的概况,讨论了其发展对焊材数据库的内在需求;结合钢铁材料数据库建设案例,论证了焊材数据库建设对于结构材料研发和应用速度提升的必要性和迫切性。综述了国内外焊接材料数据库的建设历程及特点,分析了当前焊材数据库存在的问题,并就数据覆盖面、智能选材、设计、大数据应用等方面为新型焊材数据库建设提供了建议。 Welding material database is a data system for the effective management of welding material information.As the development of information technology,its construction scale and quality will have a direct impact on the convenient query,material selection,research and development,and engineering application of welding materials,with important engineering and market value.However,the current work in this area is still lagging behind other materials,and more systematic research and development work is needed.The general situation of the domestic welding material industry is introduced and the inherent needs of its development for the welding material database is discussed.Combined with the case of steel material database construction,the necessity and urgency of the construction of welding material database for the development and application of structural materials is demonstrated.The construction history and characteristics of welding material database at home and abroad are summarized.Based on that,the problems of current welding material database are analyzed,such as narrow data coverage,low reliability,and weak coupling with the base material database.Finally,the suggestions for the construction of new welding material database in terms of data coverage,intelligent material selection,mobile interconnection,and big data applications are proposed.
