摘要
光固化快速成型是一种堆加材料新型快速成型加工方法,成型过程中,成型精度是零件加工的关键,液槽树脂Z轴方向液位控制影响成型精度及制作效率。针对光固化成型(SL)中树脂液位控制和树脂利用率的问题,Z轴升降系统采用三副滚珠丝杆螺旋副机构来粗、微调节液面高度,控制液位和提高树脂利用率。实践证明,采用滚珠丝杆螺旋副传动,产品成型精度提高,满足整机对液位控制精度要求,树脂的利用率提高27.2%。
The SL is a new type pile plus material processing method of rapid prototyping .During molding process ,moulding precision is the key parts processing and liquid tank level control impact molding resin Z axis direction accuracy and production efficiency .For SL ,resin level control and the utilization ratio of resin problems in Z axis lift system consists of three pairs of ball screw screw vice mechanism to coarse ,fine-tuning liquid level height ,control the liquid level and improve the utilization rate of resin .Practice has proved that the ball screw screw pair drive ,precision molding ,products improve ,meet the requirement of the machine for liquid level control precision ,and the utilization rate of the resin increased by 27 .2% .
