摘要
针对煤层气输送管道的安全检测问题,分析了在输送过程中可能存在的危险因素,提出了数据采集、处理、传输与上位机管理的技术方案,通过测点选择,安装压力、流量、温度等传感器,并设计了采集单元,依托GPRS技术实现数据远程无线传输,最后通过上位机组态软件实现数据集中监测与故障预警。
For the Safety detection based on coal seam gas pipeline ,the risk factors may exist in the conveying process is analyzed , the technology is putted for data collection ,processing ,transmission and computer management ,through the test point selection , installation of pressure ,flow ,temperature sensor ,and the design of the acquisition unit ,realize remote data wireless transmission based on the GPRS technology ,the PC configuration software to realize data centralized monitoring and fault warning .
