摘要 SA213-TP304奥氏体不锈钢再热器管排冷弯成形后,按照规范要求,对其进行了固溶处理。根据产品结构及材质特殊的固溶处理要求,采取了必要的措施,避免材质中大量对氧有亲和的元素大量氧化,且快速通过了敏化温度区,提高了材质耐蚀性能。经固溶处理后,变形最大部位和直管的力学性能基本趋于一致,弯管的形变强化效应得到较大程度的消除;晶粒度大于原始管材为8~9级,满足火电技术规定的大于7级要求。 SA213-TP304 austenitic stainless steel cold bending forming after the reheater tube ,according to the specification requirements ,on the solid solution treatment .According to the product structure and material of special solid solution treatment requirements ,take the necessary measures to avoid the material a lot have affinity for oxygen element in a large number of oxidation ,and quickly through the sensitizing temperature area ,improve the performance of corrosion resistant material .After solid solution treatment ,the deformation of the largest area and the basic mechanical properties of straight pipe consistent ,bend deformation reinforcement effect is largely eliminate ;Grain size is larger than the original pipe is 8~9 ,satisfy the requirement of the thermal power technical regulations is greater than the magnitude 7 .
