液力缓速器的原理及对车辆车用刹车系统的效果

摘要 行车安全问题上最重要的系统就是车辆的制动系统。随着汽车技术和道路条件的不断发展,汽车的速度和跑动距离大大提升,汽车的动能也有很大的提高,所以旧摩擦片制动不能满足高强度的工作要求,车辆运行一段时间后会出现因摩擦片过热,制动效能热衰退现象,危及安全。使用排气制动时汽车在下长坡,虽然可以得到良好的制动效果,但对于大型并重载的车辆来说,排气制动效果是很有限的。因此配备液力缓速器车辆的优点也突显出来。 Safety is one of the most important systems of vehicle braking system .With the continuous development of automobile technology and road conditions ,vehicle speed and running enormous distance are increasing ,the motion of the car also has greatly improved ,so the old friction disc brake can not meet the requirement of the high strength work .Because of the friction disc overheating ,vehicle running for a long time will overheat and braking efficiency heat fades away ,which endanger the safety .When using the braking ,the car is getting long slope .Although you can get good braking ,for large and overloading vehicles ,the braking effect is limited .So the advantages of the vehicle equipped with hydraulic retarder is also highlighted .
