摘要
以变速器取力器的通气塞漏油为研究对象,分析取力器在整车工况下润滑系统的漏油机理,并据此进行改进设计。通过试验验证,得出改进设计的取力器无通气塞漏油现象,满足使用要求。
Taking the power take-off of transmission as research object,analysis breather plug oil leakage mechanism of lubrication system of power take-off in vehicle condition,and improve the design accordingly.By experiment verification,the improved design of the power take-off no phenomenon of breather plug oil leakage,meet the requirements.
