摘要
介绍太钢新450m2烧结机1号主抽风机运行实践经验,根据生产运行过程中振动值的变化趋势,对风机转子不平衡现象进行了原因分析、过程控制,并利用检修机会进行了转子动不平衡修复,保障了设备平稳运转及生产秩序正常运行。
This paper introduces operation of Balance Fix on the No.1 Main exhaust fan of new 450 m2 sintering machine of Taigang Stainless Steel.According to its change trend,the imbalance of rotors is analyzed and controlled.The imbalance of rotors has been maintained,which is to guarantee normal operation and production.
