摘要
通过对深孔加工机床的模块化分析设计,首先把机床划分模块,并对机床主轴的模块化系统进行设计;然后对机床两接触模块接触面的情况进行理论研究,通过两接触面的切向力和法向力,对接触情况进行讨论。利用有限元软件模拟分析得到机床在不同切削条件下的工作情况。验证了机床的模块化可以满足客户的需求。
Through modular analysis and design of the deep hole machine,first,the machine is divided into modules,and the spindle modular system is designed.Then,the case of two contact surfaces between the machine's two contact modules is theoretical research.The contact situation is discussed through the tangential force and the normal force.Using finite element analysis software to simulate and analysis,the working situations under different cutting conditions are got.Verify that the machine's modular can meet customers' demands.
