摘要
主要对自卸汽车悬架系统平顺性进行仿真分析研究。采用理论与试验相结合的方法,进行自卸汽车平顺性研究。在分析中首先要准确地建立能反映物理样机的动力学虚拟仿真模型,用理论分析计算所测量部位的振动数据,从而得出不同载荷下的悬架系统特性参数,所得到的参数为悬架系统的优化打下基础。
The main suspension system for Dump Truck Ride Comfort Simulation Analysis research.By using the method of combination of theory with experiment,to dump the research on vehicle ride comfort.The analysis first to accurately establish the dynamics simulation model can reflect the physical prototype,the analysis of vibration data calculation of the measurement site with the theory,so as to get the characteristic parameters of suspension system under different loads,the parameters obtained lay a foundation for the optimization of vehicle suspension system.
