摘要
分析了煤炭行业形势及其发展趋势,并结合新的严峻形势,以顺和选煤厂为例,提出构建煤矿安全生产管理的方法并形成一种安全管理体制,为顺和选煤厂以及煤企革新其安全高效生产及其管理体制提供了一种新的方案。
This paper analyzes the situation and development trend of coal mine industry ,and combined with the new situation , taking the washing coal mine plant as an example ,puts forward the construction of coal mine safety production management methods and safety management system .The safe and effective production and management system provides a new solution to the Heshun plant and coal mine enterprises .
