摘要
根据风力发电机组规范,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对3.0 MW级风力发电机组轮毂的极限强度和疲劳寿命进行了分析,得到了轮毂极限载荷下的Von Mises应力云图和疲劳寿命云图,验证了该轮毂满足强度和疲劳的设计要求。
According to the wind turbine specifications, this paper analyzes wheel hub ultimate strength and fatigue life of 3.0 MW wind generator unit by applying ANSYS finite element analysis software, and obtains Von Mises stress nephogram and fatigue life nephogram under wheel hub limit load, which validated that wheel hub met the design requirements of strength and fatigue.
