摘要
通过实验研究了流体在管内流动时,超声波功率对抑垢、除垢的匹配关系及声场作用下强化传热的影响。实验表明超声波对强化传热有明显影响,传热系数随超声波功率的增大而增大。
This paper mainly studied influence of ultrasonic power on the matching relationships of scale formation restraint and scale descaling, and the influence of strengthened heat transfer under the action of sound field through the experiment during fluid flowing in tube. Experiments showed that ultrasonic had significant effect on the heat transfer enhancement, and heat transfer coefficient increased with the increase of ultrasonic power.
