摘要
研究分析了已有的采煤故障、原理设计以及模型设计,构建了智能故障诊断系统,包括存储模块、通信模块、数据采集,并且利用齿轮传动对智能系统进行了检测,得到了合理的测试结果。
This paper analyzes the existing mining faults, the principle of design and model design, based on the foundation of the intelligent fault diagnosis system, including storage module, communication module, data acquisition,and the use of gear transmission system were tested for intelligence, reasonable test results are obtained.
