摘要
为了实现模组与背光源的自动组装,对其工作过程及设计展开分析,分别对丝杠轴允许的轴向负荷、丝杠允许的速度、进给丝杠系统轴向的刚性引起的定位误差进行了校核与分析,并对其进行了产品数据检测与分析。
In order to realize the automatic assembly of module and backlight,its working process and design are analyzed.The positioning errors caused by the allowable axial load of the screw shaft,the allowable speed of the screw and the axial rigidity of the feed screw system are checked and analyzed,and the product data are tested and analyzed.
