摘要
在对刮板输送机断链和链轮破损原因进行分析的基础上,对链轮结构进行了优化设计,结果表明优化后的链轮和链环啮合时的变形量比优化前降低了约56.25%,降低了发生断裂及链轮破坏事故的概率,极大地提升了链传动系统工作时的稳定性和可靠性。
Based on the analysis of the causes of chain breakage and sprocket breakage of scraper conveyors,the optimum design of sprocket structure is carried out.The results show that the deformation of the optimized sprocket and chain ring is about 56.25%lower than that before optimization.The probability of fracture and chain wheel failure is reduced,and the stability and reliability of chain drive system are greatly improved.
