摘要
为了提高压缩系统的工作效率,采用将直线电机直接与气缸进行直连的压缩机驱动方式,对双管型直线电动活塞压缩机的结构进行了设计,并采用了ANSYS对其活塞组件的性能进行有限元分析及优化。结果显示优化后的双管型直线电动活塞压缩机结构及组件能较好地满足压缩系统的工作需求。该优化设计可以为同类压缩机的设计提供参考依据。
In order to improve the working efficiency of the compression system,the structure of the double-tube linear electric piston compressor is designed by using the compressor driving mode which directly connects the linear motor with the cylinder,and the performance of the piston assembly is analyzed and optimized by using ANSYS.The results show that the optimized structure and components of the double-tube linear electric piston compressor can better meet the working requirements of the compression system.The optimization design can provide reference for the design of similar compressors.
