摘要
针对数控加工工艺分析的步骤、内容和要点,提供了数控加工工艺分析的方法及编程过程。具体来看,数控铣加工要点如下工件的装夹和定位、加工刀具的确定、切削用量的确定、确定加工方案、设计走刀路线及计算基点坐标、编程。为几何形状不太复杂的零件的手工编程提供参考。
According to the steps,contents and main points of NC machining process analysis,this paper provides the method and programming process of NC machining process analysis.In detail,the main points of NC milling are as follows:clamping and positioning of workpiece,determination of cutting tool,determination of cutting parameters,determination of machining scheme,design of cutting path and calculation of base point coordinate,programming.It provides a reference for manual programming of parts with less complicated geometry.
