摘要 针对现有采煤机销排及齿轨轮存在的失效问题,通过改变齿轨轮节距参数,对采煤机牵引机构的销排、齿轨轮结构进行了优化设计,通过对新型齿轨轮强度校核和不同节距下齿轨轮强度对比分析,验证了优化后的齿轨轮机构能满足采煤机井下作业要求,且具有更高的结构强度。 In view of the failure problems existing in the existing shearer pin row and tooth rail wheel,by changing the pitch parameter of the tooth rail wheel,the pin row and the tooth rail wheel structure of the shearer traction mechanism are optimized and designed.By checking the strength of the new type of gear rail wheel and comparing the strength of the gear rail wheel with different pitch,it is verified that the optimized gear rail wheel mechanism can meet the requirements of underground operation of shearer and has higher structural strength.
