煤矿井下防爆变频器空调系统设计及实验研究

Design and Experimental Study on Air Conditioning System of Explosion-proof Frequency Converter in Coal Mine

摘要 在介绍变频器空调工作原理的基础上,整体设计了空调系统结构,选型计算了变频器空调重要组件,并利用实验设备做了模拟实验。实验表明防爆变频器空调设计可行,较好地解决了温度和湿度问题,能够满足井下工作要求。 On the basis of introducing the working principle of air conditioning with frequency converter,the structure of air conditioning system is designed as a whole,the important components of air conditioning with frequency converter are selected and calculated,and the simulation experiment is done with experimental equipment.Experiments show that the air conditioning design of explosion-proof frequency converter is feasible,which can solve the problems of temperature and humidity and meet the requirements of underground work.
