提高ZJ118型卷接机组箱体的装配合格率 被引量:3

摘要 ZJ118卷接机组在装配过程中,由于箱体加工质量较差,零件无法正常装配,需要将零件进行多次返工、返修才能达到装配要求,同时,不同批次的零件间互换性较差,严重影响了装配进度和增加了生产成本。基于此,利用PDCA循环理论找到问题点,通过产品的质量控制与管理,提高了ZJ118型卷接机组的整体合格率。该方法也可为ZJ17、ZJ112和ZJ116等卷接机组的装配与调试提供参考依据。 In the assembly process of ZJ118 coiling machine,due to the poor machining quality of the box body,the parts can not be assembled normally,so it is necessary to rework the parts many times to meet the assembly requirements,and at the same time,the interchangeability between different batches of parts is poor.Seriously affected the assembly schedule and increased production costs.Based on this,the PDCA cycle theory is used to find the problem point,and through the quality control and management of the product,the overall qualified rate of the ZJ118 type coiling machine is improved.The method can also be used as a reference for assembly and debugging of ZJ17,ZJ112 and ZJ116 coiling machines.
