摘要
对常见的户外健身器材进行调研,建立了隐患较大的太空漫步机发生安全事故的"4M"模型,通过潜在事故模式及后果分析(FMEA),找出了关键事故,以关键事故为顶上事件进行事故树(FTA)分析,利用对策表对产生安全事故的原因和对策进行了分析。
Through the investigation of the common outdoor fitness equipment,the"4M"model of the safety accident of the space walking machine with great hidden danger is established,and the key accident is found out by analyzing the potential accident mode and the consequence of(FMEA).The accident tree(FTA)analysis is carried out with the key accident as the top event,and the causes and countermeasures of the safety accident are analyzed by using the countermeasure table.
