刮板输送机槽体磨损形貌的试验研究及其机理分析 被引量:2

摘要 对不同工况条件下磨损后的刮板输送机槽体形貌特征进行了显微扫描,并进行了机理分析认为:低速低压条件下槽体的损伤以磨粒的磨损为主,中速中压条件下槽体的损伤以材料黏着和腐蚀磨损并存为主,高速高压条件下槽体的损伤以疲劳磨损为主。此分析结果可为槽体磨损的预防和避免提供一定的依据和科学指导。 In this paper,the morphology characteristics of the scraper conveyor after wear under different working conditions are scanned microscopically,and the mechanism analysis shows that the main damage of the trough under low speed and low pressure is the wear of abrasive particles.The damage of tank under medium speed and medium pressure is mainly caused by material adhesion and corrosion wear,and fatigue wear is the main damage at high speed and high pressure.The results can provide some basis and scientific guidance for the prevention and avoidance of tank wear.
