摘要
基于煤矿井下综掘机跟机电缆经常出现被挤破、挤断的现象,对综掘机运行方式进行分析,进一步分析通过在现有的主输送皮带缓冲架上安装电缆槽而设计的一种可以跟随掘进机进行往返运动的拖缆装置。该装置的应用实现了工作面的高产、高效生产,大大减少了电缆事故引发的安全隐患。
Based on the phenomenon that the cable of fully mechanized excavator in coal mine is often extruded and broken,the operation mode of fully mechanized excavator is analyzed.A cable towing device which can follow the roadheader to and fro by installing cable slot on the existing main conveyor belt buffer frame is further analyzed.The application of the device realizes the high yield and high efficiency production of the working face and greatly reduces the hidden danger of safety caused by the cable accident.
