摘要
传统SSJ-1000/200型带式输送机的电动机对轮与减速机输入轴对轮装配工艺存在缺陷,易导致轴承磨损加快、机械密封失效,甚至轴出现疲劳断裂,造成生产停滞的问题。基于此,提出了两种优化方案:一种是基于原有装配工艺的技术改进,另一种是从联轴器的安装与联轴器的对比两方面进行优化。综合装配难度分析和技术分析,方案二更加符合生产要求。通过现场应用表明,方案二有效地解决了因工艺精度不高导致的问题。
There are defects in the assembly process of motor wheel-to-wheel and reducer input shaft-to-wheel of traditional SSJ-1000/200 belt conveyor,which can easily lead to accelerated bearing wear,mechanical seal failure,even fatigue fracture of shaft,resulting in production stagnation.Based on this,two optimization schemes are proposed:one is based on the technical improvement of the original assembly process,and the other is based on the comparison of the coupling installation and the coupling.Comprehensive assembly difficulty analysis and technical analysis,scheme 2 is more in line with production requirements.Field application shows that scheme 2 effectively solves the problem caused by low process accuracy.
