摘要
针对液压支架掩护梁常见故障进行分析,运用故障树和故障模式影响分析法两种不同的方法对液压支架可靠性进行研究。通过故障树分析法建立了包括两个中间层、六个底事件和三个"或"门的液压支架掩护梁故障树,并进行了布尔运算,求出了最小割集;通过故障模式影响分析法,计算了RPN值。这两种方法的综合运用,可为判断液压支架故障提供理论依据。
The reliability of hydraulic support is studied by two different methods:fault tree and fault mode influence analysis.Through fault tree analysis,the fault tree of hydraulic support cover beam including two intermediate layers,six bottom events and three"or"doors is established,and the minimum cut set is obtained by boolean operation.The RPN value is calculated by the method of fault mode influence analysis.The combined application of these two methods can provide theoretical basis for judging the fault of hydraulic support.
