摘要
由于钢丝绳芯胶带接头受工作环境限制,实际硫化工艺、工序也相应有所不同,造成皮带接头硫化不合格、安全系数不够等问题,因此对钢丝绳芯接头基本结构、接头形式、接头强度计算进行了研究,并对实际操作过程中可能出现的事故案例情况作了归纳与分析。实践表明,采用此工艺可以避免或者减少由于胶带的长期高负荷运转、胶带硫化接头钢丝绳芯的抽动等因素而造成钢丝绳芯锈蚀、断裂、横向断带等事故的发生。
Due to the working environment limit,the actual curing technology and working procedure are different,which causes the belt joint vulcanization is not up to standard,the safety factor is not enough,so the basic structure of the wire rope core joint is discussed.The joint form and joint strength calculation are studied,and the possible accident cases in practical operation are summarized and analyzed.The practice shows that this process can avoid or reduce the occurrence of corrosion,fracture and transverse breakage of steel wire core due to the long term high load running of tape and the twitch of wire rope core of tape vulcanization joint.
