摘要
在对ZY6400/21/45型放顶液压支架进行三维建模的基础上,利用有限元仿真软件对液压支架在扭转和偏移工况下顶梁和底座的应力分布进行分析,结合分析结果对液压支架提出科学的优化建议,为提升放顶煤液压支架的工作性能与稳定性提供参考。
On the basis of 3D modeling of ZY6400/21/45 type hydraulic support,the stress distribution of top beam and base of hydraulic support under torsion and offset is analyzed by using finite element simulation software.Combined with the analysis results,scientific optimization suggestions are put forward to improve the working performance and stability of the top coal caving hydraulic support.
