摘要
结合矿山通风系统实际运行状况,由轴流式风机性能曲线与管网风阻特性阐明了喘振机理,从目前矿山生产中判断通风系统喘振故障的方法中得出"由减小管网系统阻力系数提高通风系统稳定性"的方法,并结合喘振曲线,建立了喘振边界线的数学模型,确立了风机运行陷入不稳定区前的缓冲区和边界,为风机喘振故障报警提供一定的思路。
Combining with the actual operation of mine ventilation system,the surge mechanism is expounded from the performance curve of axial flow fan and the wind resistance characteristics of pipeline network.From the current method of judging the surge fault of ventilation system in mine production,the method of"reducing the resistance coefficient of pipeline network system to improve the stability of ventilation system"is obtained.Combining with surge curve,the mathematical model of surge boundary line is established.The buffer zone and boundary before the fan running into the unstable zone are erected,which provides some ideas for the fan surge fault alarm.
