传统矿用隔爆型高压电缆连接器的改进

摘要 以LBG1-200/6矿用隔爆型高压电缆连接器为代表,分析了传统矿用隔爆型高压电缆连接器的特点、使用范围和适用条件,在此基础上分析了传统高压电缆的几种连接方式的优缺点,发现需要对其连接部位的卡爪进行改进,使之连接操作更方便快捷、节约时间和维修成本。改进后的防爆高压开关卡爪装置减少了工人的劳作强度,具有结构简单、设计合理、连接处很稳定、安全性高等优点,具有极大的推广价值。 Taking LBG1-200/6 mine flameproof high-voltage cable connector as a representative,the characteristics,application scope and application conditions of traditional mine flameproof high-voltage cable connector are analyzed.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of several connection modes of traditional high-voltage cable are analyzed.It is found that it is necessary to improve the claw of its connection part so as to make the connection operation more convenient,faster,time-saving and time-saving.Maintenance cost.The improved explosion-proof high-voltage switch claw device reduces the labor intensity of workers,has the advantages of simple structure,reasonable design,stable connection and high safety,and has great popularization value.
