摘要
在对煤矿综采工作面大型机电设备能耗分析理论基础上,提出了基于优先级煤矿任务算法的协同控制策略对大型机电设备系统控制的设计思路,并完成了系统的硬件和软件的设计;然后以某煤矿为例对该算法下的协同控制效果进行了仿真分析;最后以煤矿采掘系统为例构建了其协同控制系统的架构。
On the basis of the theory of energy consumption analysis of large electromechanical equipment in fully mechanized coal mining face,this paper puts forward the design idea of collaborative control strategy based on priority coal mine task algorithm for the control of large electromechanical equipment system.The hardware and software of the system are designed.Then,a coal mine is taken as an example to simulate and analyze the effect of collaborative control under this algorithm.Finally,the framework of the collaborative control system is constructed by taking the coal mining system as an example.
