摘要
从矿山生产过程中所必备的物料运输车辆的调度出发,以减小井下煤炭运输系统的故障率、事故率,提高运输效率为要求,在分析传统监控系统面临的安全、资源分布、监控能力等方面的不足后,从精确定位的角度,构建了基于现场总线的矿用运输车辆定位系统,旨在为实现矿井智能自动化调度提供支持。
In order to reduce the failure rate,accident rate and improve transportation efficiency of underground coal transportation system,the paper analyzes the safety faced by the traditional monitoring system,starting from the dispatch of the necessary material transportation vehicles in the process of mine production,in order to reduce the failure rate,accident rate,and improve the transportation efficiency of the underground coal transportation system.After the shortage of resource distribution and monitoring ability,a mine transportation vehicle positioning system based on fieldbus is constructed from the point of view of precise location,which aims at providing support for the realization of mine intelligent automatic dispatching.
