摘要
为实现矿山生产的降低成本、减少人员,达到集中控制的自动化效果,本文面向矿山生产未来的发展方向,结合以PLC为核心、以变频调速为方式的自动控制技术,从矿山生产实际需要出发构建能够实现对输送设备集中控制、对煤炭流量进行检测的矿用输送机控制系统,旨在为矿山企业现代化发展提供参照。
In order to reduce the cost of mine production,r educe personnel and achieve the automatic effect of centralized control,this paper aims at the future development direction of mine production and combines the automatic control technology with PLC as the core and frequency conversion speed regulation as the mode.According to the actual needs of mine production,a mine conveyer control system which can realize centralized control of conveying equipment and measure coal flow is constructed in order to provide a reference for the modernization development of mine enterprises.
