摘要
基于传统PID控制方案在实际应用中造成通风机运行时不稳定性突出的问题,在现有控制方案基础上提出了优化的模糊PID控制方案,合理确定了风机工作时的喘振警戒线,同时提出了气压与风机转速闭环控制的策略。实际仿真验证结果表明,优化后的防喘振控制系统显著改善了风机在运行时的喘振品质,达到了非常好的预防效果。
Based on the problem that the traditional PID control scheme makes the fan unstable in practice,an optimized fuzzy PID control scheme is put forward on the basis of the existing control scheme.At the same time,the closed loop control strategy of air pressure and fan speed is put forward.The simulation results show that the optimized anti-surge control system can significantly improve the surge quality of the fan in operation and achieve a very good preventive effect.
